What is “our” network architecture?

We at Lisfan Network have built one of the most reliable networks available in St. Louis. A network that is in our own Network Operations Center (NOC). A network that we own, operate and manage from end to end. A network built on only the finest hardware. A network that includes the following;

  • Redundant DS-3 backbone feeds.

  • Only Cisco routing equipment is used.

  • 100 Mbps Ethernet is used to connect the servers to the backbone providers.

  • Multiple managed switches are used that monitor each Ethernet connection for performance thresholds 24 hours a day.

  • Multiple UPS Systems are in place with generator backup.

  • 24/7 network monitoring both onsite and offsite with technical staff on call and available 24/7.

  • Network utilization is currently at 20%. The threshold is 50%. This means, that when 50% Bandwidth utilization is reached, the number of lines to the Internet will be increased!
